    This role involves reading blueprints, interpreting electrical diagrams, and using hand and power tools to assemble components and ensure the final product meets quality and regulatory standards.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    ESTs will spend their days servicing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. Recore is looking for ESTs who can use their technical expertise and individual judgment to resolve customer electrical issues in a highly professional and safe manner.



    Job Responsibilities

    • Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including lighting, climate control, and various power distribution systems.

    • Work with blueprints when installing electrical systems in industrial and commercial facilities.

    • Able to indicate on blueprints the location of circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards, and other equipment.

    • Install new electrical equipment.

    • Installing and Bending of EMT and Rigid conduit.

     Electricians are responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems. Primarily accountable for interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and code to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems. Electricians work in an industrial work environment. 


    Duties may vary depending on experience level:

    • Accurately install conduit, wire, pre-fab assemblies, panel boards, light fixtures, devices, and other equipment per layout.
    • Follow blueprints and schematics during installation process.
    • Measure, cut, thread, ream, assemble, and install conduit.

Installs, maintains, configures, and troubleshoots electronic components on manufacturing equipment. Installs, programs, and repairs programmable controllers (PLC’s) and others types of controllers. Technicians work in an industrial work environment.  


    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain, modify, and upgrade PLC's
    • Install, program, or calibrate analytical instrumentation, scales, VFD's and/or PLC's
    • Troubleshoot industrial, plant automation equipment networks, sensors, motor control.
    • Installation and in-house and field technical support of PLC based control systems.
    • Develop electrical hardware design and functionality of control systems
    • Perform all aspects of start-up and commissioning of the control system
    • Debug completely the developed and installed software packages
    • Ensure all changes and modifications are appropriately documented
    • Minimum Experience Requirements:
    • Post high school education or trade school required as a minimum
    • Trade school curriculum to include electronics, electricity, solid state, motor controls, and industrial computing subjects
    • Comfortable and effective with clients and contractors as direct interface
    • Being mechanically inclined with a knowledge of using common mechanics tools.

    Preferred Experience:

    • 2 years or more of prior field experience with automation or motor controls
    • Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical system components such as motors, variable AC drives, PLCs, and field sensors.
    • Ability to read and use mechanical and electrical schematics for troubleshooting.

    Recore Electrical Contractors is seeking an Assistant Project Manager. Assistant Project Manager is responsible for helping Project Managers in the planning, directing, and coordinating industrial electrical projects. The Assistant will be working closely with Project Managers assisting with daily tasks such as coordination of projects, submittals, RFIs, estimates, and various other duties.


    This is intended to be an entry-level position for someone who is looking to start a career in electrical project management. Ideal candidates for this position have recently graduated with a Construction Management degree, or have equivalent work experience in Project Management. Having prior industrial electrical experience of course is a huge plus.


    Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Assist in the organization and management of various industrial electrical projects.
    • Assist in the financial projections 
    • Assists the project staff to outline work-plan and assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with Project Managers, Customers, and other types of management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily
    • Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope
    • Plan layout and installation of same in accordance with job specifications
    • Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information
    • Receive and review weekly job assignments
    • Complete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager
    • Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager.
    • Provide the workforce with current and accurate information as generated by the Project Manager, including RFI's, memorandums, and any other forms of communication devices

    • Should have mechanical aptitude.
    • Must understand and perform required math functions.
    • Must Possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to transport to and from assigned job sites.

    Recore Electrical Contractors is currently accepting applications for Fire Alarm Technicians for service and install work. These positions can be responsible for installing and servicing of Fire Alarm Systems in industrial and commercial environments. We are currently expecting applicants of varying experience levels working with Fire Alarm Systems. Ideal candidates for these positions have at least one years’ worth of experience working with Fire Alarm Systems.


    Duties: (May vary depending on experience)

    • Installation and service of Fire Alarm Systems.
    • Perform multiple tasks as instructed by supervisor/PM.
    • Perform all duties required to successfully complete projects within estimate and according to specifications
    • Respond to service requests, diagnose system malfunctions of fire alarms and adjust, repair or replace equipment as needed to bring into compliance;
    • Read blueprints and drawings;
    • Communicate effectively with team and contractors/customers.
    • Advanced coordination with job requirements and other trades.
    • Fill out requirement documentation in a timely manner.
    • Coordination of material ordering and scheduling.
    • Prepare job in a timely manner to pass inspections.
    • Enforcement of company policy.

    Requirements

    • Having at least 1 year of recent experience installing or servicing Fire Alarm Systems.
    • Being able to work independently as well as be a team player.
    • Being responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, well-organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Having exceptional customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
    • Having ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Having the Interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups.

  • Electrical Project Manager

    Role Description:

    The Project Manager (PM) is the heart of the project team at Recore Electric. A project manager oversees multiple projects from conception to final project closeout. Throughout the life of a project a PM will be involved in every aspect of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and above all else, ensuring the safety and quality on projects aren’t just up to industry standards, but are up to Recore standards.


    Role Responsibilities:

    • Work with pre-construction to determine and define scope of work
    • Estimate and acquire resources needed to complete the project.
    • Obtain necessary permitting and other regulatory requirements
    • Manage material procurement and tracking
    • Manage the schedule and budget to ensure the success of the project
    • Select and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
    • Issue schedule and budget updates as needed
    • Coordinate information between architects, engineers, and subcontractors
    • Ensure all work is being completed in compliance with local building codes
    • Review and establish all contracts, subcontracts and change order

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects
    • 2 years in a Project Management role within the construction industry
    • Thorough knowledge of NEC
    • Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints

    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • High degree of knowledge and familiarity regarding contract documents
