An ASRS, or “automatic storage and retrieval system” is a technology-driven system used in warehouses and distribution centers to automate the storage, retrieval, and movement of goods with efficiency and accuracy.

Electrical transformers are based on principles discovered in the 19th century, but they remain critical in cutting-edge energy systems today. This 5000 KVA dry type, pad mount, dual winding transformer was recently placed for service at Recore's design/build project (Phoenix) down in Chester, S.C. The transformers' primary duty will be to provide power to the motors that are part of the production process here at this 300,000-square-foot facility. A heartfelt thank you goes out today to our business partners, and of course, the faithful Recore Electric employees for another phenomenal Toys for Tots drive this year. No less than 500 toys were collected, and our local representative, PJ Hamilton, was overjoyed to make us aware that the collection should serve anywhere from 150 to 200 children. While watching our team pack the boxes for shipping this morning it felt as if the real spirit of Christmas was just suddenly there.
