Progress Update: Our New Warehouse and Logistics Facility is Taking Shape

December 10, 2024

Exciting developments are underway at Recore Electrical Contractors: We’re making significant strides toward the completion of our new warehouse and logistics facility at our Gastonia hub. With the concrete poured two weeks ago and steel framing erected last week, this project is well on its way to transforming our operations and supporting our continued growth.

The Vision Behind the Expansion

The new facility will add 9,500 square feet of warehouse space, along with 2,500 square feet of much-needed office space. This expansion will not only improve our logistics and storage capabilities but also provide our team with a modern, efficient workspace.

As we look ahead to 2025, the timing for this expansion couldn’t be better. The additional space will help us meet growing demand while streamlining operations, ensuring we remain a trusted leader in the electrical contracting industry.

Building with Safety and Precision

At Recore Electric, safety always comes first. Throughout the construction process, we’ve prioritized careful planning and execution to maintain a secure environment for all involved. These early milestones—pouring the concrete foundation and erecting the steel framework—mark crucial steps toward creating a facility that aligns with our high standards of excellence.

Looking Ahead

We’re excited to see this project come to life and are grateful for the continued support from our team and community. The new warehouse and office space will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients while positioning us for a busy and productive future.

Stay tuned for more updates as construction progresses—we can’t wait to share the finished product with you.

Powering Innovation: 5000 KVA Transformer Installation at Chester Facility
January 20, 2025
Electrical transformers are based on principles discovered in the 19th century, but they remain critical in cutting-edge energy systems today. This 5000 KVA dry type, pad mount, dual winding transformer was recently placed for service at Recore's design/build project (Phoenix) down in Chester, S.C. The transformers' primary duty will be to provide power to the motors that are part of the production process here at this 300,000-square-foot facility. Pushing the boundaries of what's possible in manufacturing. It is what we do, it is who we are. We are Recore Electrical Contractors. #powerinaction #behindthegrid #voltagetothepeople #recoreelectric
